Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

By booking a reservation with American Swift Limousine (“ASL” or “the Company”), whether by phone, email, online, or other means, you agree to these Terms & Conditions without limitation. You also authorize ASL to charge your credit card in full for all services provided.

If your employer has a corporate contract with ASL, the terms of that contract will override these Terms & Conditions.

All content on the American Swift Limousine website (the “Site”) is intended for users within the United States. By accessing the Site or making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions unless superseded by a corporate agreement.

GENERAL POLICIES FOR NON-CONTRACTED CUSTOMERS

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE – AIRPORT PICKUPS

For a seamless airport pickup experience, your chauffeur will personally contact you upon landing, providing their details along with your vehicle information. Additionally, our dispatch team will send a message with your chauffeur's contact information and car details.

Once you have collected your luggage:

  1. Reply to your chauffeur’s message with your exit door location at the baggage claim level.

  2. Your chauffeur will coordinate a smooth pickup and provide an estimated arrival time.

  3. Pick-up locations:

    • O’Hare & Midway Airports: Chauffeurs always pick up on the ground level at baggage claim.

    • Our vehicles will arrive in the second lane of traffic. When exiting the terminal, cross one lane and wait on the center safety island for your luxury vehicle.

If you experience any difficulty locating your driver, please contact our dispatch team immediately.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS & RATES

  • A confirmation number will be provided for every reservation along with an email confirmation. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all details for accuracy.

  • Changes to your reservation, including wait time, additional stops, or parking fees, may result in adjustments to the final fare.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • American Express

    • Discover

    • MasterCard

    • Visa

  • Rates are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS & SURCHARGES

  • ASL offers flat-rate pricing for airport transfers across Chicagoland.

  • A $20 Late-Night/Early Morning Fee applies to rides scheduled between 11:00 PM and 3:59 AM.

  • While we accommodate flight delays, ASL is not responsible for airline delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

WAIT TIME & ADDITIONAL STOPS

  • Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for standard pickups. After this, wait time will be billed at $10 per 15-minute increment.

  • Additional Stops: Extra stops along the route will be charged $10 - $20, depending on location. Stops outside the normal route will be quoted separately.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before pickup to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup will be charged the full base fare.

  • Charter Services require a 24-hour cancellation notice; deposits are non-refundable.

  • A "No-Show" Fee, equal to the base fare, will be applied if the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location. To avoid a no-show charge, do not leave your location without first contacting our dispatch team.

HOLIDAY SURCHARGES

A $20 holiday surcharge applies to trips scheduled on:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day

  • Fourth of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day (Double Rate)

  • New Year's Eve (After 6 PM)

SPECIAL EVENT SERVICES

For corporate events, weddings, concerts, and special occasions, hourly rates apply based on vehicle type and duration. Contact us for a custom quote.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • ASL is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues beyond our control.

  • ASL assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please check for all personal items before exiting.

PRIVACY POLICY

At American Swift Limousine, we value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used exclusively for service-related purposes. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without your consent.
